As SCA raises the prices of brown and white kraftliner in Europe by €90 per ton starting March 1st, International Paper (IP) announces a $260 million investment to construct a new corrugated box plant in Waterloo, Iowa.
This plant will be strategically located near IP’s Cedar River mill, catering to customers in the protein segment.
