Now rebranded as the RobaSmart EZ eco cleaner, the system will be integrated into Röchling’s product portfolio, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainable innovation in the global paper industry.
The RobaSmart EZ eco cleaner is a high-efficiency system designed for continuous cleaning of forming, pressing, and dryer fabrics in paper and tissue machines. It replaces traditional high-pressure showers and chemical cleaning methods, enabling up to 98% water savings and significant energy reductions. With more than 200 installations worldwide, including on machines running at speeds over 5,000 FPM, the technology is a proven solution for optimizing machine performance and reducing environmental impact.
