Bergslagets skogar will hold its inaugural Capital Markets Day on November 3, offering investors and analysts an initial look at the strategy of the forest business that Stora Enso plans to separate into an independent listed company.
The event will take place at Wisdome Stockholm beginning at 9:00 a.m. CET. Bergslagets skogar CEO Tuomas Hallenberg and CFO Martin Ros will discuss the company’s strategy, operations and approach to long-term value creation.
Stora Enso President and CEO Hans Sohlström and CFO Niclas Rosenlew will also participate. A detailed agenda is expected to be released closer to the event.
The Capital Markets Day will be followed by a visit to Bergslagets skogar’s headquarters in Falun and a field visit to its forest operations on November 3 and 4. Participants will be introduced to the company’s forest assets, plant nurseries and operating practices.
The Stockholm presentations will also be available by webcast, with access information to be provided at a later date. The in-person event is aimed primarily at institutional investors, analysts and financial media. Interested attendees are asked to register in advance, as places are limited.
Bergslagets skogar comprises Stora Enso’s Swedish forest assets, which Stora Enso plans to separate into an independent listed company. The event is expected to provide further detail on the prospective company’s strategy and operating model.
Stora Enso develops renewable products and materials, with a particular focus on packaging solutions made from virgin and recycled fibres. The company recorded sales of €9.3 billion in 2025 and employs approximately 19,000 people. Its shares are listed in Helsinki and Stockholm.
