Ansell Limited, a global leader in protection solutions, has completed the acquisition of Kimberly-Clark's Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business.
This acquisition will strengthen Ansell's position in the PPE market, expand its product portfolio, and enhance its service capabilities.
Ansell will acquire the Kimtech™ brand of scientific PPE and the KleenGuard™ brand of safety PPE. They will also add two new capabilities to their service portfolio: The RightCycle™ program for sustainable PPE disposal and APEX™, a program for cleanroom change management and contamination control.
Ansell is excited about the acquisition and believes it will allow them to provide customers with even better safety solutions. Kimberly-Clark will support the PPE business during the transition to Ansell.
