Georgia-Pacific has finalized a $34 million investment in its Bradford, Pennsylvania, corrugated facility, enhancing efficiency and production capacity.

The upgrades, which began in early 2023, include a new corrugator, two new converting lines, and a rooftop cyclone. These improvements will increase throughput, allow the plant to produce larger products, and enhance four-color printing capabilities.

"We now have an updated facility that our employees, customers, and the community can be proud of," said Daniel Brooks, area general manager. The investment positions the plant to better serve customers across Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and western/central New York.

Beyond operational improvements, Georgia-Pacific donated $10,000 to the Bradford Township Fire Department to support new fire trucks. "We strive to be strong partners in our community," said Mario Williams, area operations leader.

The Bradford plant, operated by Georgia-Pacific since 1990, employs approximately 125 people. Over the past decade, the company has invested more than $40 million in the facility.
