COMBINED LOCKS – Local paper manufacturer Midwest Paper Group has been sold to McKinley Paper Company.
McKinley is a subsidiary of Mexico-based company Bio-Pappel, which announced the purchase Friday for an undisclosed price from previous owner Industrial Opportunity Partners.
