Earlier today, Resolute was named an organization of the year (large company) in the Business Intelligence Group’s (BIG) 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Awards for product innovation and customer service in our tissue business.
“The role of customer service is changing every day and the winners of this year’s program highlight the people, organizations and products that are really improving how consumers connect with companies,” said Maria Jimenez, chief nominations officer of BIG.
Our tissue products are manufactured from recycled pulp and/or from virgin fiber, almost exclusively from the company’s internal network. This allows us to control the production process – from material input to final product – ensuring precise control and consistent quality, while offering the customization and personalization customers demand.
