Two paper mills in New Brunswick will receive tax refunds of $700,000

JD Irving Ltd. and Twin Rivers Paper Company, both located in New Brunswick, have qualified for property tax refunds totalling $700,000 following a decision by Service New Brunswick to reverse the assessment roles of these plants for 2021 and 2022.

Property taxes on these companies' plants have been a contentious issue for a long time.
