Ahlstrom, a global leader in fiber-based specialty materials, has completed its acquisition of the Stevens Point facility in Wisconsin, USA.
This strategic move strengthens Ahlstrom’s position in the food and consumer packaging sector and aligns with its ongoing growth and sustainability transformation.
Originally announced on April 3, 2025, the transaction adds a state-of-the-art site equipped with advanced finishing and coating technologies, as well as a team of 260 skilled employees. The facility brings with it a solid reputation in premium packaging solutions for food, consumer goods, and e-commerce applications.
