VPK Group has acquired full ownership of Fencor Packaging Group, owner of Manor Packaging, strengthening its position in the UK corrugated packaging market. The transaction follows VPK’s acquisition of a minority stake in 2024 and gives the Belgian packaging group full control of the business.
Based in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, Manor Packaging operates a corrugated packaging manufacturing facility supported by dedicated storage and warehousing operations, enabling the company to serve customers across the UK with flexibility and high service levels.
Stand-Alone Model with Group Backing
Manor Packaging will continue to operate as a stand-alone business within VPK Group. The company said this approach will provide continuity for both customers and employees while allowing the business to benefit from the broader expertise, resources and network of the group.
The acquisition also builds on Manor Packaging’s existing relationship with Corrboard UK, a corrugated sheet feeder in which VPK holds a majority stake.

Leadership Transition and Long-Term Outlook
The transaction also marks a leadership milestone for Fencor Packaging Group. David Orr, Group Managing Director of Fencor, is set to retire after 26 years of successfully managing and expanding the business.

To ensure continuity, Tony Clifton, currently Sales Director, will assume the role of Managing Director of Manor Packaging. The company said the leadership transition is intended to maintain the customer-focused approach established in recent years while supporting future growth.
With the acquisition, VPK further consolidates its position in the UK corrugated packaging sector, combining Manor Packaging’s established customer relationships and local agility with the scale, investment capacity and integrated supply network of a larger European packaging group.
