On November 16, 2021, Resolute won bronze in the Best Corporate Sustainability Program category at the 2021 The Cleanie Awards®, an annual awards competition that celebrates innovation excellence and business leadership in the clean energy economy.

The judges, representing the cleantech and renewable energy sectors, recognized Resolute’s success in improving our carbon footprint through the extensive use of hydroelectricity and carbon-neutral biomass, while reducing our consumption of fossil fuels. In 2020, for example, Resolute generated three quarters of our total energy needs from renewable sources.

“We are extremely proud to recognize this year’s innovators, influencers and advocates, who work tirelessly to champion the clean energy transition in what will be a decisive decade,” said Randee Gilmore, executive director, The Cleanie Awards. “We continuously see nearly a triple-digit increase in the number of submissions year over year, which demonstrates industry growth and the desire for a comprehensive amplification platform for climate solutions.”

Now in its fourth year, the Cleanie Awards is the first comprehensive awards program exclusive to the cleantech industry. It generates much needed visibility for innovators and disruptors in the industry who are creating life- and planet-changing solutions. Campaigns recognized by the award program aim to promote technologies that deliver on the promise of a clean energy future.
We are honored to be recognized as one of the best in clean and climate tech, and for our advocacy for a sustainable future. I invite you to learn more about this leading North American clean energy awards program at
