As President & CEO of Smurfit Westrock North America, Laurent Sellier oversees one of the most consequential chapters in corrugated packaging history. Following the $10.7 billion acquisition of WestRock by Ireland-based Smurfit Kappa in July 2024, Sellier has been at the helm of integrating approximately 305 North American sites under a unified vision.
Prior to his current role, Sellier served as Chief Operating Officer of Smurfit Kappa Europe's Paper and Board Division. A graduate of the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris, he also served in the French Navy before beginning his business career.
His opening keynote will offer attendees a rare look into the forces reshaping corrugated in North America – from plant innovation and sustainable packaging to the future of the fiber-based supply chain.
Closing Keynote: Will Cain
Closing the event on September 30th is nationally recognized broadcaster and commentator Will Cain, whose diverse career spans business, law, sports, politics, and media.
Cain joined FOX News Channel in 2020 and currently hosts The Will Cain Show, one of the network's leading programs. He also hosts the Will Cain Country podcast, where he explores news, sports, culture, and current events while engaging directly with audiences. Prior to FOX News, Cain built a successful career at ESPN as a radio host, television personality, and contributor to programs including First Take and Outside the Lines.
Before entering national media, Cain was an entrepreneur who financed, acquired, and operated multiple media companies in Texas. His accomplishments earned recognition from both Folio magazine and the Texas Press Association. A licensed attorney, Cain holds a law degree from the University of Texas and an undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University.
Drawing on his unique experiences in business, media, politics, and sports, his closing keynote will connect the corrugated industry’s work to the broader economic and cultural trends reshaping American manufacturing and commerce.
