The webinar will cover an overview of energy efficient homes and their role in energy consumption.
Energy efficient homes reduce unnecessary energy consumption resulting in lower greenhouse gas emissions and demands for nonrenewable resources. This one-hour webinar will define what makes a home energy efficient, and discuss steps to achieve energy efficiency, including:

The webinar is being presented by Sanjiv. R. Malkan, Ph.D., CText FTI, PMP, Engineering Principal, Hunter Douglas. Dr. Malkan holds a Ph.D. in Textiles and Polymer Science and has more than 30 years working in Textiles, Nonwovens & Adhesives. He has more than 50 publications and presentations and five book chapters and holds five US patents as well as four design patents.
