The Fondation du Cégep de Trois-Rivières has awarded the $1,000 TAPPI (Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry) scholarship to Alexandre Tessier, a student and intern at Innofibre during the summer of 2024.
Alexandre distinguished himself with his presentation of his internship project, ‘The development of a biofilter with Aquaculture Gaspésie ’, in which he clearly explained the issues and results of his work.
This scholarship, offered by TAPPI, is designed to encourage students who are committed to the pulp and paper and cellulose products industries. It recognises Alexandre's potential and underlines the importance of supporting the next generation of students in this sector.
