Graphic Packaging has appointed Robbert Rietbroek as its next CEO, effective January 2026.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across major consumer goods companies including PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, and Procter & Gamble, Rietbroek has built a career around strategic transformation, operational efficiency, and brand-driven growth. He most recently led Primo Brands Corporation, where he oversaw the merger between Primo Water and BlueTriton Brands and positioned the new entity as a North American leader in branded bottled water.
Rietbroek succeeds Michael P. Doss, who departs after 35 years with the company and a decade as CEO. Under Doss’s leadership, Graphic Packaging expanded its footprint in the United States and Europe, strengthened its recycled-fiber capabilities, and advanced its long-term Vision 2030 framework through major investments, including the state-of-the-art Waco, Texas, facility.
As incoming CEO, Rietbroek is expected to accelerate the company’s strategic roadmap, focusing on sustainable packaging innovation, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation across global markets.
Graphic Packaging Holding Company headquartered in Atlanta, designs and produces consumer packaging made from renewable or recycled materials. A sector innovator, the company operates a global network serving leading brands in food, beverage, foodservice, household, and other consumer products.
