Lucart has announced changes to its Board of Directors following a strategic investment by Azzurra Capital.
Francesco Pasquini has been appointed CEO, succeeding Massimo Pasquini, who will remain Chairman.
The newly composed Board includes both executive and non-executive members, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to balanced governance. In addition to Massimo and Francesco Pasquini, executive directors include Alessandro Pasquini, Lorenzo Pasquini, and Tommaso De Luca. Non-executive directors are GianErnesto Bernardi, Cristina Ferrari, Federico Lovadina, and Massimo Innocenti.
Expressing gratitude for his appointment, Francesco Pasquini highlighted his focus on growth and innovation: “I am honored by the trust placed in me.
