VPK Group has appointed Patrick Leclercq as Divisional CEO Corrugated Board, entrusting him with the leadership of one of its key business units spanning over ten countries.
His promotion reflects a steady rise within the company since he joined in 2017.
Leclercq brings a strong track record in the packaging industry, having held senior positions across Belgium, the Nordics, and France. His international background and strategic insight position him to drive growth and operational excellence within the division.
In a recent video interview, Leclercq outlined his leadership philosophy, emphasizing the value of cross-border collaboration and the importance of understanding cultural nuance. “People are 80% alike across borders, but the difference lies in the 20% nuance,” he said. “These insights help me today in my role across more than ten countries.”
He also pointed to VPK’s sustainability efforts and people-centric culture as core strengths of the group, while sharing personal habits that keep him grounded in a high-paced environment.
