Covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, the report reviews the company’s environmental and social initiatives across its operations and value chain. It also describes Sustana’s response to growing expectations for climate disclosure, responsible sourcing and supply chain transparency in the fibre and packaging sectors.

The report also highlights progress in developing solutions for managing and recovering value from pulping by-products. Sustana said it collaborated with customers and suppliers on projects intended to advance circular solutions throughout the value chain.
In emissions reporting, the company expanded its Scope 3 data coverage and continued refining its calculation methodology. The report addresses regulatory developments affecting the sector, including extended producer responsibility requirements and the European Union Deforestation Regulation. It also covers the launch of a community engagement program designed to strengthen the company’s relationships in the areas where it operates.
Nathan Jeppson, CEO of Sustana, said the report reflects the company’s focus on transparency, accountability and continuous improvement. He added that Sustana plans to continue expanding circular solutions, building partnerships and measuring environmental and social outcomes.
The report includes updates on Sustana’s existing sustainability roadmap as well as additional objectives for 2026. The full 2025 Sustainability Report is available on Sustana’s website.
