PACWEST has announced the cancellation of its 2026 conference, citing unforeseen and unavoidable planning challenges that prevent the event from being delivered at the expected standard.
In a notice sent to registered delegates and invited participants, the organizers acknowledged the disappointment caused by the decision and thanked stakeholders for their understanding.
Refunds and accommodations
All conference registration fees will be fully refunded to the original method of payment. No action is required from registrants, and refunds are expected to appear within five to seven business days.
Hotel reservations made within the official PACWEST room block will be cancelled without penalty. The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge will contact affected guests directly regarding individual reservations and any deposits already paid.
Looking ahead
PACWEST confirmed that planning is already underway for the 2027 conference, which is scheduled to take place in Whistler. Further updates will be communicated to registered delegates through the conference manager.
PACWEST thanked its community for its continued support and indicated that additional information will be shared as plans for 2027 progress.
