Multipli Machine Inc. is proud to announce the launch of its ProEYE® Series, delivering a full line of durable, real-time monitoring solutions designed for the demands of the pulp and paper industry.
The new series includes the ProEYE 100, ProEYE CS, and a complete range of pressure and level transmitters, giving mills a trusted choice for process monitoring and control of critical applications.
The ProEYE 100 uses a matrix of strobed LED responses from the furnish to deliver highly accurate analysis for a range of measurements, even in the harshest environment where heat, vibration, and chemical exposure are constant. Built with a strong titanium and stainless-steel construction, it provides consistent, real-time data that helps reduce downtime, improve process control, and optimize plant operations. The ProEYE 100 can also measure multiple variables simultaneously, such as consistency and freeness or ash and consistency, giving mills deeper insight into their processes without the need for separate instruments.
The ProEYE CS is a rugged consistency analyzer designed for monitoring pulp slurry conditions with precision. It is easy to install, simple to calibrate, and built to maintain reliable readings—essential for mills focused on product quality and process efficiency.
Multipli’s full line of pressure transmitters extends the ProEYE offering, with models designed for stock lines, refiners, screens, cleaners, and tanks. Options include conventional and intelligent versions, offering 0.1% or 0.2% accuracy, HART® communication, and easy calibration through pushbutton controls or handheld terminals.
