At its Annual General Meeting held on April 10, 2025, Swedish pulp producer Rottneros approved key resolutions regarding financial results, board elections, and remuneration policies.
The AGM adopted the 2024 income statement and balance sheet and discharged the board and CEO from liability for the year. It also approved the board’s proposal to carry forward SEK 431.8 million in profits, with no dividend to be paid for 2024.
In terms of governance, the meeting re-elected six current board members and appointed Michal Jarczynski as a new director. Per Lundeen was re-elected chairman. Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB, with Bo Karlsson as auditor-in-charge, was re-appointed as the company’s auditor.
Board fees were set at SEK 666,000 for the chairman and SEK 338,000 for each other director. Additional fees apply for committee work and employee representatives reviewing meeting materials.
The AGM also approved the 2024 remuneration report and confirmed the continued use of existing principles for appointing the nomination committee.

Rottneros AB is a Sweden-based producer and supplier of customized pulp. The Company produces paper pulp at two pulp mills: the Vallvik Mill and the Rottneros Mill.
