Kadant Black Clawson, a subsidiary of Kadant Inc., has announced the promotion of Kenny Leathers to president.

Leathers will oversee the company's operations in Lebanon, Ohio, including sales, marketing, research and development, manufacturing, and customer service.

Leathers previously served as vice president of sales and marketing at Kadant Black Clawson. In this role, he led key organizational initiatives and guided the applications, field service, and sales teams. He also has experience in leadership positions with automation industry leaders Eaton, Honeywell, and Premier Systems Integrators.

Chris Demler, who was promoted to vice president of Kadant's fiber processing business, said that under Leathers' guidance, the teams have been structured to drive innovation and optimize talent. He added that Leathers' people-first approach to leadership will strengthen customer relationships and continue to evolve Kadant Black Clawson's operations.
