Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON) has appointed Scott A. Clark to its Board of Directors.
A seasoned executive, Clark spent 28 years at Michelin, where he served as Executive Vice President and held key leadership roles across global markets. Previously, he worked in consumer-packaged goods at Ralston Purina and Ralcorp Holdings.

Clark holds a Bachelor’s in accounting and an MBA in marketing from Washington University’s Olin School of Business. He resides in Greenville, SC, and has served on multiple corporate and industry boards.
