Bellmer, a leading international supplier of paper and board machinery, has successfully completed the acquisition of Cellwood Machinery AB, a renowned Swedish company specializing in wastepaper recycling and bioenergy pre-treatment systems.

The company will now operate under the name Bellmer Cellwood.

Following the signing of the agreement in mid-September, the deal officially closed at the end of October 2025. The acquisition brings together Bellmer’s expertise in paper and board machinery with Cellwood’s advanced dispersing and recycling technologies, creating new synergies for innovation and sustainable growth.

“This is an important step for both companies,” said Martin Kollmar, President of Bellmer GmbH. “We are proud to welcome Cellwood into the Bellmer Group. Their know-how in eco-friendly recycling technology will strengthen our global position and enhance the value we deliver to our customers.”

Bellmer Cellwood operates with subsidiaries in Germany, Canada, and China, and sales and service teams in Vietnam and India. Integration efforts are already underway, with a focus on innovation, continuity, and customer satisfaction.

“We are excited to start this new chapter as part of the Bellmer family,” added Henrik Lefvert, Managing Director of Bellmer Cellwood. “Together, we will continue to develop high-quality, efficient, and sustainable systems for the pulp, paper, and bioenergy industries.”
