Stora Enso Oyj's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 20, 2025, approved key resolutions including a dividend payment and changes to the Board of Directors.
The company will distribute a total dividend of EUR 0.25 per share for 2024, to be paid in two installments.
The AGM elected a nine-member Board of Directors, re-electing seven current members and adding two new members: Elena Scaltritti and Antti Vasara. Kari Jordan was elected as Chair and Håkan Buskhe as Vice Chair of the Board.
