(NYSE: IFF), Borg offers over 25 years leading global teams in compensation, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, and change management at firms including General Motors, Dow Chemical, and Bunge. She previously served as a director at Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. (NYSE: SWM), a Mativ predecessor, and sits on the Institute for Corporate Productivity board.
