This week we had a 360° Celebration of our Commitment to Safety at Automatic Handling. Over the past three years we have continued to improve our safety program, culture, and commitment.

"I'm most proud of our people. This is an award for them," said Scott Croy, Director of Operations.

Kelsey Davis brought new vigor and perspective to the administration of the safety program over three years ago. "We have a lot more buy-in, especially from managers on the shop floor, to really push it. And people saw that with the programs we were rolling out."

Some of the initiatives include:

  • Company Walkabout Program
  • New Training Programs
  • New Testing Software
  • Increased Hands on Testing
  • Detailed Reporting
  • Peer-to-Peer Recognition

David credits the entire company's success to grit and determination, "You have to stick with it. It doesn't affect just one person; it affects the whole company."
