A Nova Scotia Supreme Court judge has signed a permanent injunction barring fishermen from interfering with Northern Pulp and its contractors in Pictou Harbour, the Northumberland Strait and Caribou Channel

Northern Pulp lawyer Harvey Morrison indicated outside court that the injunction prevents blockades related to the planning of a proposed route for an treated effluent pipe and and diffuser.
