Metsä Tissue has announced two key appointments to its management team, effective June 1, 2025.
Johan Holvik has been named Senior Vice President, Scandinavia, and Managing Director of Metsä Tissue AB. He joins the company from Metsä Board, where he served as Vice President, Sales, Retailers.
In addition, Mikko Nieminen, currently Senior Vice President, Pulp Production at Metsä Fibre, will become Senior Vice President, Technology at Metsä Tissue. Both Holvik and Nieminen will report to Metsä Tissue CEO Sari Pajari-Sederholm.
Metsä Tissue, part of Metsä Group, produces tissue and greaseproof papers for consumers and professional use. The company reported €1.2 billion in sales in 2024 and employs approximately 2,500 people.
