EPIQ Machinery has appointed Emmanuel Bergeron as Regional Director of Operations – North America, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational discipline and scalable growth.
Based at EPIQ’s Chicoutimi (Saguenay) office, Bergeron will oversee the operational performance of the company’s North American sites. He will also continue to lead Shared Services and Operational Excellence, ensuring alignment across functions and facilities.
With more than 25 years of experience in the mining and manufacturing sectors, Bergeron has held senior roles including Plant Manager, Business Improvement Leader and Supply Chain Lead. He is recognized for combining operational rigor with mobilizing leadership and pragmatic change management.
