Maintenance

EPIQ Machinery has introduced the EPIQ WAY | Service Pro Cycle, a structured maintenance program built to improve the long-term reliability and day to day performance of pulper feeding lines.

The initiative targets mills dealing with unplanned stoppages, fibre-flow instability, or equipment that no longer runs at its original design capacity.

The program relies on a proactive maintenance model. Service teams return every six months to carry out mechanical inspections, adjust control systems, and when the installation includes them fine tune robotic and vision components. The focus is simple: preserve baseline performance and gradually add improvements that help stabilize output.

Supported by EPIQ’s technicians onsite and remotely, the Service Pro Cycle gives mills a clearer maintenance horizon, extends equipment life, and reduces the operational risks that come with running machinery until failure.
