Atlantic Packaging Products has earned international recognition for transforming a standard corrugated coffee box into a high-impact brand storytelling medium.
The company’s solution for Zavida Coffee Roasters’ Organica Keurig 72-pod box won Best in Class in the Technical category at the 2026 PAC Global Awards.
Produced on a Koenig & Bauer Durst SPC 130, the box showcases high-precision, high-colour digital print directly on uncoated white-top corrugate. The technology enables shorter lead times, greater production flexibility, and more targeted, high-impact designs for retail brands.
For Zavida, the Organica packaging serves as a retail canvas that strengthens shelf presence while clearly communicating brand values. A long-standing collaboration between Zavida’s internal design team and Atlantic’s corrugated and digital print specialists played a key role in aligning creative ambition with technical execution.
Designed to reflect the natural and sustainable positioning of the Organica brand, the box features high-resolution imagery, organic tones, and a tactile uncoated surface. Together, these elements reinforce Zavida’s environmental commitment while delivering an authentic, eco-conscious shopper experience.
The project illustrates how digital print and close brand–converter collaboration are reshaping corrugated packaging into a more sustainable, high-value retail communication tool with measurable impact on brand perception and shelf visibility.
