In a recent press release, Feldmuehle announced the successful implementation of restructuring measures at its Uetersen site, part of the company’s response to recently initiated insolvency proceedings.
The reorganisation aims to improve planning, reliability, and punctuality for customers and suppliers while maintaining high product quality.
The measures, agreed in consultation with the works council, include adjustments to production capacities, revisions to the shift system, and changes in management. These steps are designed to stabilize operations and strengthen long-term competitiveness.
As part of the reorganisation, Feldmuehle is reshaping its sales department. Martin Mönke will leave the company on 30 September 2025 after five years, by mutual agreement. He will be succeeded by Helmut Teuschler, an experienced sales professional in the label sector who previously worked at Nissha Metallizing Solutions. Teuschler will lead global sales together with Stania Sabatkova, who focuses primarily on international markets.
Feldmuehle is also increasing its visibility at international trade fairs. For the first time, the company will host its own stand at Labelexpo in Barcelona (16–19 September 2025), where Sabatkova and the management team will meet with customers and partners. Simultaneously, Teuschler will represent the company at Drinktec in Munich, before the team participates in Fachpack in Nuremberg the following week.
These developments highlight Feldmuehle’s commitment to reorientation, reinforcing customer relationships, and expanding its global market presence in specialty papers for labels and packaging.
Feldmuehle GmbH, based in Uetersen, Germany, is a leading manufacturer of specialty papers for labels, packaging, and graphic applications. With a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability, the company serves customers worldwide with tailored paper solutions.
