Kadant is reinforcing its commercial leadership across the Americas with the appointment of Mike Soucy as Vice President, Corporate Accounts at its subsidiary Kadant Johnson, effective January 1, 2026.
In this expanded role, Soucy is tasked with deepening strategic relationships with major corporate customers, including manufacturers, engineering firms, and distributors. He will represent Kadant Black Clawson, Kadant Johnson, and the Kadant Solutions Division, working across Kadant’s regional businesses to strengthen customer engagement and strategic alignment.

Well known within the technical community, Soucy is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and university engineering programs and currently serves on the board of the Association of Suppliers to the Paper Industry (ASPI). His career has been shaped by close customer collaboration, technical problem-solving, and the development of long-term, value-driven partnerships.
