Monadnock Paper Mills has appointed Molly Rosenthal as Director of Strategic Business Development, strengthening its commercial leadership as the company continues to expand its presence in specialty, premium printing and packaging paper markets.
Rosenthal brings nearly 20 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, with a track record of supporting revenue growth, market expansion and targeted commercial initiatives across both established and emerging industries. Her role will focus on identifying strategic growth opportunities and aligning business development efforts with Monadnock’s long-term objectives.
Most recently, Rosenthal served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Kirkwood, where she played a key role in increasing brand visibility and driving sustained growth across sectors including life sciences, luxury and consumer goods. Her work included building and repositioning marketing functions, launching integrated campaigns and opening new revenue channels through a combination of data-driven strategy and creative execution.
Earlier in her career, Rosenthal held several roles at Mohawk Paper, including National Accounts Manager for the Northeast. There, she developed long-term relationships across luxury, design and commercial print markets and supported major print and packaging initiatives through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach. She also contributed to the expansion of Mohawk’s digital print business, working with regional sales teams and strategic partners nationwide.
Monadnock Paper Mills said Rosenthal’s experience and strategic perspective align with the company’s focus on delivering high-performance paper products and long-term customer value.
Rosenthal is based in Queensbury, New York, and holds a Liberal Arts degree from De Anza College.
