Imperial Dade Expands Canadian Presence with Acquisition of Canpaco

Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging, printing papers, and janitorial supplies, announced the acquisition of Canpaco, a Canadian company in the same industry.

This strategic move strengthens Imperial Dade's foothold in the Canadian market, allowing them to leverage Canpaco's established presence and expertise.

The acquisition, finalized on May 15, 2024, marks Imperial Dade's 87th under the leadership of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis. Financial details of the private transaction were not disclosed.
