The quality of #BurgoContainerboard packaging papers starts from the early production stages. In fact, in the Avezzano plant, we prepare high-efficiency mixtures thanks to the extreme care placed starting from the fiber selection and cleaning processes.
The paper mill has high technological requirements to obtain high quality wrapping paper. The production flow is regulated in every detail, from the selection and processing of the raw material to manufacturing, up to quality control. Avezzano produces high performance cards and the product portfolio is constantly evolving, to offer a wide choice of products to very diversified customers and markets.
The current production is around 170 thousand tons per year, but the potential of the paper machine of the production plant is certainly higher. It is expected to go full steam in the near future.
