Industry veteran Mark J. Favre, with a proven track record in optimizing operations, takes the helm as Chief Executive Officer. Joining him are Brian McDonnell, who brings 17 years of financial expertise from Smurfit Kappa Group, and Doug Keim, a customer-centric leader with experience at Honeywell Building Technologies.
This seasoned team complements the existing leadership of Chief Operating Officer Kelley Wenter, Chief Sales Officer Eric Gordon, and Head of People and Culture Melissa Price. Golden West further bolstered its commitment to innovation by investing in new equipment, including a Bobst 64” Masterflute In-Line Laminator capable of producing high-strength, lightweight packaging for their Sacramento facility. Additionally, they're expanding printing, die cutting, and folding gluer capacity across California and the Pacific Northwest. These investments align with the company's long-term growth strategy, emphasizing best-in-class technology to enhance manufacturing capabilities and ultimately support customer success.
